Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Dispensary Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence within the industry. This role requires a creative thinker with expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and multichannel campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, increase sales, and strengthen our market position. A strong background in social media marketing, advertising sales, and analytics is essential to succeed in this role.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and print channels to promote the dispensary’s products and services.
  • Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content tailored to target audiences while leveraging Facebook Advertising and other social media tools.
  • Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, email marketing efforts, and customer outreach initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing plans.
  • Coordinate product management initiatives related to promotional campaigns and new product launches.
  • Manage budgets for marketing campaigns ensuring effective allocation of resources across channels.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics to measure ROI and optimize future strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and support B2B marketing initiatives.
  • Align with community manager to promote events

Experience

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, including content marketing, performance marketing, e-commerce, and multichannel campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation and visual branding materials.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO, social media marketing (including Facebook Advertising), email marketing, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
  • Demonstrated success in B2B marketing environments with a focus on product management and advertising sales.
  • Ability to research market trends effectively and craft compelling copy for various channels.
  • Experience managing budgets for large-scale campaigns while maintaining measurable results is highly desirable. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
