This is an opportunity to join a fast-moving, high-expectation, high-standard dispensary with a brand that is continuing to grow.We are now hiring a Store Lead who can step into a trusted leadership role immediately and help support daily store operations at an elite level.Position SummaryThe Store Lead is a leadership support position responsible for opening and/or closing the dispensary, leading staff during assigned shifts, supporting vendor deliveries, maintaining compliance, and making sure the store operates with professionalism, speed, accuracy, and urgency.This role reports directly to the General Manager and Assistant Manager.The Store Lead is not a General Manager or Assistant Manager position, but it does require real cannabis leadership experience. This person must be able to lead the floor, support the team, protect the company, and hold the Bleezies standard without needing constant direction.This is an ideal opportunity for someone with dispensary management, cannabis retail leadership, keyholder, shift lead, inventory, vendor, or floor leadership experience who is ready to join one of the strongest dispensary teams in Colorado Springs.Key Responsibilities

• Open and/or close the dispensary according to company procedures
• Lead and direct staff during assigned shifts
• Maintain strong customer service standards and efficient transaction flow
• Support compliance with all company, state, and local cannabis regulations
• Ensure ID verification, purchase limits, customer flow, and restricted-access procedures are followed
• Accept vendor deliveries and assist with order intake when assigned
• Verify incoming orders against invoices, manifests, and company records
• Communicate discrepancies, damages, shortages, or compliance concerns to management
• Keep jars, displays, menus, sales floor, and customer-facing areas clean, stocked, and presentation-ready
• Complete opening, closing, and shift checklists accurately
• Support new hire training and reinforce Bleezies’ service standards
• Escalate staff, customer, inventory, or operational concerns to the General Manager or Assistant Manager
• Protect company assets, cash, inventory, keys, alarm codes, and secure areas
• Maintain a professional, compliant, and audit-ready store environment

Requirements

• Dispensary management, cannabis retail leadership, keyholder, or shift lead experience required
• Must be able to start immediately or very soon
• Must be reliable, punctual, and highly accountable
• Strong understanding of dispensary operations and cannabis compliance
• Ability to lead staff professionally and confidently
• Experience with vendor deliveries, manifests, inventory intake, POS systems, or cash handling preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work opening shifts, closing shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong attention to detail with checklists, cash, inventory, orders, and compliance procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Must meet all legal requirements to work in the Colorado cannabis industry
