Position Overview

We are currently looking for an outgoing, dependable, and motivated Distillery Bartender to join our team at our LeClaire Cocktail House and Downtown Davenport Lounge. This role focuses on creating exceptional guest experiences through cocktail service, product knowledge, and hospitality.

In addition to opportunities within our cocktail houses, there may also be opportunities to work events at our neighboring Celebration Center event venue, including weddings, private parties, and special events.

Experience behind the bar is appreciated, but not required. We provide hands-on training for the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and memorable experience for every guest
• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine with consistency and care
• Learn and confidently talk about our grain-to-glass spirits and cocktail menu
• Help guests select cocktails, flights, bottles, and merchandise
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar environment
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
• Work as part of a fast-paced team environment
• Be open to feedback, coaching, and continued learning

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Interest in craft cocktails and spirits
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Reliable and responsible
• Weekend and evening availability required
• Must meet legal age requirements to serve alcohol
