Monson Ranch Distillers, the newest extension of Goose Ridge Estate Winery, is redefining the tasting room experience with small-batch spirits, seasonal cocktails and curated bottle offerings straight from the heart of Washington.

We’re looking for a dynamic, hospitality-driven individual who understands that this role goes beyond bartending. It's about storytelling, connection and driving sales through exceptional guest experiences.

This role is primarily based in our Prosser Distillery Tasting Room, with additional shifts in our Richland Tasting Room, where you’ll also work with wine and hard cider.

The Right Fit:

You love the craft of bartending but you also thrive in a sales-driven environment. You’re confident guiding guests from a great cocktail experience into bottle purchases, club memberships and return visits.

You’re just as comfortable behind the bar as you are building relationships, recommending products and sharing the story behind what we do.

What You’ll Do:

• Mix and serve cocktails in our distillery tasting room
• Create memorable guest experiences that lead to bottle sales and club sign-ups
• Educate guests on our handcrafted spirits, production, and brand story
• Promote and sell spirits, as well as our wine and cider clubs (in Richland)
• Support tours, events and elevated tasting experiences
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming bar and retail space
• Assist with inventory and merchandising

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior bartending experience and working knowledge of spirits
• Strong sales mindset with confidence in upselling and closing sales
• A warm, engaging personality with excellent communication skills
• Must be 21+ with a MAST Class 12 Permit and Food Handler’s Card
• Ability to lift 45 lbs and stand for extended periods
• A team player who is excited to grow with a new and evolving brand

Schedule:

• Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays required
• Additional hours available based on business needs
