Monson Ranch Distillers – Prosser + Richland
Monson Ranch Distillers, the newest extension of Goose Ridge Estate Winery, is redefining the tasting room experience with small-batch spirits, seasonal cocktails and curated bottle offerings straight from the heart of Washington.
We’re looking for a dynamic, hospitality-driven individual who understands that this role goes beyond bartending. It's about storytelling, connection and driving sales through exceptional guest experiences.
This role is primarily based in our Prosser Distillery Tasting Room, with additional shifts in our Richland Tasting Room, where you’ll also work with wine and hard cider.
The Right Fit:
You love the craft of bartending but you also thrive in a sales-driven environment. You’re confident guiding guests from a great cocktail experience into bottle purchases, club memberships and return visits.
You’re just as comfortable behind the bar as you are building relationships, recommending products and sharing the story behind what we do.
