Job Description

You will work on the distilling/production team to produce the various alcohol products made at
Hartfield & Co. Your task will be to assist production from grain to bottle. Your goal is to create fine distilled spirits with excellence.

Primary responsibilities will be with Hartfield & Co. in alcohol production. Secondary tasks such as monitoring the tasting room, interacting with customers etc. will be assigned as needed.

Duties
- Mash, ferment, distill, age, and bottle spirits as directed..
- Assist Head of Production in tasks and responsibilities as needed.
- Maintain a working knowledge of manufacturing equipment (Mash Tuns, Fermentation

Tanks, Stills, Bottling Machines, Fork Lift etc.)
- Help to maintain systems to organize and inventory aging and finished product (5x software, inventory system, etc.)
- This position requires physical activity and the ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Represent and promote the mission of H&C in your professional relationships.
- Maintain an extensive knowledge of H&C Mission, Vision, Values, Products, Story, and

Production Techniques.
- Stay current on trends throughout the industry, on premise and off, to better serve accounts and see advantages for H&C.
- Any additional tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Compensation

Hours per week - 40 (hours may be across 5, 8 hour days, or 4, 10 hour days, will be Mon-Fri, or Tues-Sat)
Hourly Starting pay - $14-$18.00 per hour
Benefits (begin after 60 days of employment) :

- 2 Weeks (80 hours) PTO per year - earned as 1.54 hours of PTO per 40 hours worked
- 6 paid holidays per year - 48 hours - (New Years, Memorial Day, Independence Day,

Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
- $175 per month Health Care Per Diem

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
