We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our distribution center. This position involves various tasks related to materials handling, order picking, and equipment operation, contributing to the overall success of our warehouse operations.

Duties

• Operate forklifts to move materials and products safely throughout the warehouse.
• Perform order picking and packing duties accurately to fulfill customer orders.
• Receive inventory and put away in designated location.
• cycle count inventory and assist with stock management.
• Assist in the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse environment.
• Periodically deliver parts to customer locations.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment and handling materials.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a dealership warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating forklifts or similar heavy equipment is a plus
• Familiarity with RF scanners and order picking processes is desirable.
• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
• Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
• Experience with CDK software system a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
