What We Need:
- We need a Shipping & Receiving Clerk who is responsible for scheduling all outbound and inbound deliveries and performing similar tasks relating to warehouse and shipping duties
What You Will Do:
- You will create bills of ladings and use pick tickets to ascertain accurate skid counts for carriers
- You will assist the department in answering and creating online quotes for customer inquiries regarding freight pricing
- You will alert all necessary internal staff regarding backorders and shipping statuses
- You will report discrepancies
- You will assist customer service by identifying and researching customer issues that are related to the shipping (and receiving) of orders
- You will follow up on warehouse inquiries made by internal departments
- You will assist the lead coordinator, as well as the department manager when requested
- You will contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related goals for results as needed
What You Need:
- Must have high school diploma or GED
- Basic reading and math skills
- Proficient in Excel word and outlook and the ability to use or quickly understand WMS
- Good work ethic, written and verbal communication skills and capacity to work as a team
- Customer service background or relevant work experience
- Exemplary Customer-Facing and Customer Service Skills
- Experience in a Warehouse Environment and utilizing Warehouse Management Software
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Detail-Oriented
- Organizational Skills

- Previous Shipping and Freight Experience
