Distribution Center Supervisor

Job Description

Coordinate the receiving, storage, and dispatch of products to ensure organized and efficient warehouse operations.
Supervise distribution center staff including forklift drivers, operators, and support personnel while ensuring tasks are completed safely and on time.
Plan delivery routes and collaborate with transportation partners to maintain reliable and timely deliveries.
Manage both physical and system-based inventory records, ensuring stock accuracy and proper product rotation.
Prepare and maintain logistics reports including KPIs, inventory summaries, and dispatch records.
Monitor the effective use of warehouse space, transportation resources, and workforce allocation to improve efficiency.
Work closely with sales and purchasing teams to maintain appropriate stock levels and support delivery schedules.
Handle product returns, rejected shipments, and logistics-related claims in coordination with relevant departments.
Implement improvements in logistics workflows and daily operational procedures to enhance productivity.

Job Requirements

At least 1 year of practical experience in logistics, warehouse management, or distribution operations.
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and pivot tables.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Previous experience managing and supervising operational teams.
