Job Description:
The Specialist in the Distribution & Follow Up department is responsible for handling the day-to-day tasks related to order distribution, follow-up, and communication with partners and clients. This role involves monitoring the efficiency of order processing, ensuring timely delivery, managing any issues or delays, and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations.
Job Responsibilities

Order Distribution & Follow-Up: Ensure timely distribution of orders and perform regular follow-up to ensure the order process is completed without issues.

Communication with Clients: Handle communication with clients for compensation, cancellations, and resolve issues related to delays or order problems.

Collaboration with Other Departments: Coordinate with other teams such as marketing and customer service to resolve issues and implement solutions for operational challenges.

Store Suspension Management: Work with senior team members to manage store suspensions due to delays or operational issues, ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Suggest Improvements: Provide suggestions for process improvements in the department and system.

Assist New Employees: Support new team members in learning processes and tasks, providing guidance when necessary
JOB REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor Degree or a diploma in a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the distribution or operations field.

Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve issues and handle customer relations effectively.
