We are seeking an experienced Distribution Manager to lead and expand our presence across the UAE and Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have a strong distribution background, an established network of distributors, resellers, and channel partners, and hands-on experience in premium cables, adapters, and accessories or related product categories.

This role is critical in driving market penetration, channel expansion, and revenue growth through strategic distribution partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute distribution strategies across UAE and Middle East markets
• Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners
• Maintain and grow strong relationships with key accounts and regional partners
• Drive sales growth and market expansion for premium cables, adapters, and accessories
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market initiatives
• Ensure effective channel performance, stock management, and forecasting
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and partner meetings

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Distribution Manager / Channel Manager / Sales Manager
• Strong distribution and channel network across UAE and Middle East
• Experience in premium cables, adapters, mobile accessories, IT peripherals, or consumer electronics
• Deep understanding of regional distribution models and retail channels
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Willingness to travel across the Middle East region as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum 5–8 years of relevant distribution or channel sales experience
• UAE experience is mandatory; Middle East exposure is highly desirable
• English required; Arabic is an advantage
