Distribution Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Distribution Operations Leader to oversee a high-volume warehouse facility in Carson, CA. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, leading large teams, and ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective distribution performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily distribution operations including shipping, receiving, and inventory control
• Lead supervisors and warehouse teams to achieve productivity and service targets
• Manage labor planning, staffing levels, and workflow optimization
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety regulations (OSHA, DOT, FDA as applicable)
• Monitor and analyze productivity, labor, and financial performance metrics
• Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development
• Maintain a safe, organized, and high-performing facility

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
• Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proven success managing large teams in high-volume operations
• Strong knowledge of warehouse equipment and safety standards
• Analytical mindset with experience reviewing performance and labor reports
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Flexibility to work extended hours as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
