Distribution Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and well-spoken Distribution Salesman to handle product distribution, build strong relationships with retailers, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should have good English communication skills, a confident personality, and an active approach to sales. Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or distribution is preferred, but knowledge of the liquor industry is not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and distribute company products to retailers, bars, and restaurants while ensuring smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, maintaining professional relationships and providing excellent customer service.
• Assist retailers in understanding product offerings, promotions, and sales strategies to maximize sales.
• Ensure timely order deliveries, payment collections, and proper documentation.
• Monitor and report stock levels, sales trends, and customer feedback to the distribution manager.
• Identify new sales opportunities and upsell products where applicable.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, invoicing procedures, and local regulations.
• Work actively with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth logistics and inventory management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (Any stream) – Prior experience in FMCG, sales, or distribution is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Confident personality with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Active, energetic, and well-mannered behavior, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to handle cash, maintain records, and use basic software/tools for sales tracking.
• Valid driver’s license (two-wheeler or four-wheeler) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
