Job Summary
Dynamic Technology W.L.L is seeking an experienced and results-driven Distribution Sales Manager to lead and expand the company’s distribution sales operations across Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing distributor relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring excellent market coverage for the company’s products and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and business objectives.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, resellers, and key accounts.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s distribution network.
- Monitor distributor sales performance, inventory levels, and market activities.
- Ensure effective market coverage and product availability across assigned territories.
- Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, finance, and technical departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial agreements with partners and clients.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and handle escalated issues professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in distribution sales, preferably in technology, electronics, ELV, IT, or related industries.
- Proven experience in managing distributors and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/reporting systems.
- Valid Bahrain driving license preferred.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
