EELAF is expanding our Low Voltage (LV) electrical products business, and we’re hiring a Distribution Sales Manager to drive revenue through dealers, wholesalers, and channel partners.


Role Purpose

Drive profitable growth of EELAF’s LV portfolio through distribution channels , expanding market coverage, strengthening dealer performance, and ensuring strong forecasting, reporting, and collections discipline.

Product Scope (examples)

MCB / MCCB, RCCB/RCBO, contactors, relays, timers, push buttons, enclosures, DBs, DIN rails & accessories, wiring accessories (switches/sockets), cable management and related LV items.

Key Responsibilities

1) Channel Growth & Market Coverage

  • Build and execute a distribution strategy by territory and customer segment.
  • Expand coverage by onboarding new dealers/wholesalers and activating dormant accounts.
  • Set monthly/quarterly targets per channel partner and manage performance.

2) Key Account & Relationship Management

  • Develop relationships with decision makers: trader owners, purchasing managers, contractor procurement, panel shops.
  • Run structured sales cadence: visits, follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, closing.

3) Commercial Excellence

  • Lead pricing and promotion plans with clear ROI.
  • Maintain healthy contributions: manage discounts, rebates, and price compliance.
  • Support tender/channel projects (when applicable) with proper documentation.

4) Forecasting, Reporting & CRM Discipline

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, customer data, visit logs, and forecasts in Odoo CRM .
  • Provide weekly reporting: revenue, margin, collections risks, market feedback, competitor intel.

5) Collections & Credit Discipline

  • Coordinate with finance to ensure timely collections and controlled credit exposure.
  • Enforce agreed payment terms and resolve disputes to protect cash flow.

6) Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Work with supply chain to ensure availability, reduce stock-outs, and improve fill rate.
  • Coordinate with marketing for trade campaigns, dealer activations, and in-store visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Business preferred).
  • 10+ years in LV electrical products sales (distribution/channel focused).
  • Strong network in the electrical market and proven revenue results.
  • Strong negotiation, planning, and communication skills.
  • CRM/ERP experience (Odoo is a plus).

  • Monthly revenue & gross margin achievement
  • Active dealers growth + new dealer acquisition
  • Sell-out growth and repeat purchase rate
  • Forecast accuracy
  • Collections performance (DSO / overdue ratio)
  • Coverage execution (visits, pipeline health, conversion rate)
