Compensation: CTC Range: ₹6 – 9 LPA (fixed + performance-linked variable), commensurate with experience & fit

Imago & Getter is a growing Indian brand in disinfectants, hygiene and infection prevention. We work with channel partners / distributors who supply hospitals, pharma companies and institutions in their local markets.

We’re looking for a Distributor Development Manager – Pan India, based out of Mumbai, who will identify, onboard and grow distributors across India – largely by engaging with them directly from HO (phone, video, email and limited travel).

Key Responsibilities

• Identify & onboard channel partners / distributors in key states & cities across India.
• Evaluate distributors on reach, financials, hospital & pharma connects.
• Own the onboarding process – terms, documentation, and first orders.
• Manage ongoing relationships & performance of distributors from HO.
• Plan & track secondary sales and drive target achievement via distributors.
• Monitor distributor inventory, stock cover & near-expiry and guide ordering.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics & finance to ensure smooth supplies and commercial discipline.
• Maintain a pan-India distributor MIS and share regular reports with management.

Desired Profile

• 5–12 years’ experience in Distributor / Channel / Indirect Sales
• Exposure to pharma, hospitals, medical devices, disinfectants, hygiene, chemicals, FMCG or similar B2B/B2B2C sectors.
• Strong understanding of channel dynamics, trader mindset & ROI.
• Excellent communication & relationship-building skills – comfortable managing partners over phone/video from HO.
• Strong in Excel / MIS / CRM; data-driven in managing distributor performance.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
