Distributor Sales Manager

SDI Diagnostics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to build and strengthen relationships with medical device distributors of all sizes. With over 40 years in business, SDI is a recognized leader in the respiratory diagnostic market. We are looking for a dynamic sales leader to help maintain our standing within the industry while generating continued growth.

The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strength of character who can confidently boost sales performance. This individual should be both assertive and personable, with the ability to contribute to strategic planning and execution that supports growth of our organization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience and 3–5 years of sales management in medical device sales or a comparable technical field
• Background in an applied science
• Demonstrated success selling to medical device distributors
• Strategic thinker with strong critical analysis skills
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to develop and execute sales plans that increase market share
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills, with a strong commitment to customer service
• Strong analytical ability to assess customer needs and respond effectively
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Technical aptitude and eagerness to learn emerging product technologies
• Ability to effectively manage multiple sales and marketing functions
