Role Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven District Manager to lead our operations in Sharqia1 and Qalyubia

.

The District Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, achieving sales targets, building strong relationships with doctors, pharmacies, and distributors, and driving market growth within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase market share.
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.
• Conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and provide support.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and opportunities to maximize business potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacies, and distributors.
• Prepare regular performance and market insight reports for top management.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Veterinary Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing successful teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Based in Sharqiyah
• Owns a car is a must
