As a District Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall performance and profitability of the assigned cluster of Caribou Coffee stores by leading a team of store managers, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to deliver exceptional customer service, maintain brand standards, and achieve financial goals. Operational Leadership

• Provide hands-on coaching and development for store managers, fostering a positive and high-performing team culture. - Monitor and optimize store performance through comprehensive data analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing impactful strategies.
• Conduct regular store visits to assess compliance with brand standards, operational procedures, and safety protocols.
• Ensure consistent execution of marketing and promotional campaigns across all assigned stores.

Financial Management

• Oversee store budgets and forecasts, driving profitability and implementing cost-reduction initiatives.
• Establish and monitor inventory levels, minimizing losses and optimizing stock management.
• Analyze sales data and trends, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and menu optimization.

Customer Centricity

• Prioritize exceptional customer service across all assigned stores, ensuring guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
