District Manager – Multi-Unit Auto Insurance Operations (DFW Area)

Who We Are

Ai United Insurance is a fast-growing, high-performance auto insurance organization operating multiple retail locations across DFW. We don’t hire average—and we don’t build average teams.

We’re looking for a District Manager who can lead from the front, drive production, and hold teams accountable.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee multiple retail insurance offices across your district
• Drive sales production, retention, and profitability
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales agents
• Hold office managers and teams accountable to KPIs and targets
• Monitor performance metrics (New, Renewals, Closing Ratios, Service Fees, etc.)
• Implement sales strategies and fix underperforming locations fast
• Ensure compliance with company policies and TDI guidelines
• Travel between locations regularly (this is NOT a desk job)

What Success Looks Like

• Consistently hitting production targets
• Maintaining closing ratios
• Building strong office leaders who can operate independently
• Turning around weak offices within 30–60 days

Compensation & Growth

• Base Salary: $45,000 – $55,000
• Monthly & Quarterly Performance Bonuses

What We’re Looking For

• Multi-unit management experience (insurance or retail preferred)
• Strong background in sales leadership
• Ability to analyze numbers and make decisions fast
• Proven track record of driving team performance
• High energy, disciplined, and results-driven mindset
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a MUST
• Must be able to travel across DFW
