School Family Media is seeking two Seasonal District Partnerships Associates to support our TeacherLists District Partnerships & Engagement team during our busiest—and most exciting—time of year: back-to-school season.
This role blends Sales Development (SDR) responsibilities with onboarding and operational support. You’ll spend part of your time connecting with school districts across the country and the rest helping onboard and support partners as they get set up for the school year.
This is a fast-moving role where you’ll stay busy, learn quickly, and play a meaningful role in helping schools and families get ready for a successful year.
Sales Development (~50%)

Connect with school districts nationwide through outbound calls

Introduce the TeacherLists platform and identify key contacts

Generate interest and schedule meetings or next steps

Research and source new district contacts

Track activity and progress in HubSpot CRM

Work toward weekly goals with support from the team
Onboarding & Operational Support (~50%)

Help set up school and district accounts

Support onboarding for new partners

Generate and share platform setup tools (like iframe embed codes)

Monitor district activity and links

Keep HubSpot data clean and up to date

Jump in to support back-to-school initiatives as needed

Preferred (Not Required):
- Prior SDR, sales, or call-center experience
- CRM experience (HubSpot a plus)
- Experience working in education or with school districts
This is a temporary seasonal position expected to run from April through August. Candidates must be available to work the full duration of the assignment. Consistent attendance during scheduled hours is required, particularly during peak back-to-school periods. A $500 retention bonus will be paid at the end of the assignment, contingent upon successful completion, satisfactory performance, and adherence to attendance expectations.

This is a non-exempt hourly position paying $18–20 per hour, based on experience. This position is classified as temporary seasonal and is not eligible for employer-sponsored health insurance, retirement benefits, or paid holidays. Seasonal employees may be eligible for paid sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws. All hours worked must be accurately recorded, and overtime must be approved in advance.
