Primary Objective

Recruit and onboard exclusive distributors in assigned territory by identifying qualified

candidates, building relationships, and ensuring successful distributor appointments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Distributor Prospecting & Lead Generation (40% of role)

 Identify potential distributors in assigned districts through:

o Local market visits and networking

o Existing FMCG/packaging distributor contacts

o Trade associations and business groups

o Referrals from business networks

o Local business directories and databases

 Build database of qualified prospects

 Pre-screen candidates for financial capability and business experience

2. Distributor Recruitment & Conversion (40% of role)

 Monthly Target: distributors onboarded

 Meet prospective distributors and present business opportunity

 Explain Ecosure's product portfolio and sustainability advantage

 Demonstrate ROI potential and support system

 Conduct site visits to assess warehouse/infrastructure capability

 Negotiate terms and address concerns

 Close distributor agreements and close the deal

 Coordinate stock dispatch with operations team

3. Territory Development & Market Intelligence (10% of role)

 Conduct district-wise market research and mapping

 Identify key customer segments (HoReCa & B2B)

 Analyze competitor presence and pricing

 Share market insights with Regional Manager

 Maintain updated territory plans and progress reports

4. Relationship Management & Support (10% of role)

 Provide initial handholding to newly onboarded distributors

 Coordinate training and onboarding sessions

 Resolve queries and facilitate smooth stock delivery

 Maintain regular communication with distributors

 Build long-term business relationships with distributors

Required Qualifications & Experience

Education:

 Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

 3-5 years in B2B sales, distribution, or channel partner development

 FMCG, packaging, or related industry experience preferred

 Local market knowledge and network essential

 Proven track record of target achievement

Skills:

 Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills

 Self-motivated and target-oriented

 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

 Excellent communication in local language + English/Hindi

 Two-wheeler/four-wheeler with valid driving license

 Smartphone proficiency for CRM/reporting apps

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
