District Sales Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and strategic District Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across multiple territories. In this pivotal role, you will drive business growth by developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and inspiring a high-performing sales team. Your expertise in outside sales, B2B relationships, and insurance team management will be essential to expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence regional sales performance while fostering strong partnerships with clients and stakeholders. We specialize in offering supplemental insurance products through Combined Insurance and Chubb benefits group.

Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to meet or exceed regional targets, leveraging market analysis and customer insights.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and strategic marketing initiatives focused on technology solutions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional account management, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, analyze pipeline data, and generate reports for leadership review.
  • Support the Agency Leader and Zone by recruiting, onboarding and leading top talent to make a significant impact in the Oklahoma market.
  • Collaborate with your team to offer the best value proposition in the market .

Experience

  • Proven success in outside sales with a focus on B2B markets, preferably within insurance, outside sales or other performance based sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated management experience leading sales teams, insurance agencies, or any fast growing organization with a track record of achieving growth objectives.
  • Strong background in business development, account management, and negotiation strategies that foster long-term client relationships.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer data and analyzing sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills complemented by analysis skills to interpret market trends and customer feedback effectively.
  • Leadership qualities that inspire teams, promote collaboration, and drive results in dynamic settings.

Pay: $125,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
