About the Organization: Kria Health Care Services Pvt. Ltd. is providing the services of Mobile Medical Unit in 53 districts of UP under the NHM. Every mobile medical unit is well equipped to handle OPDs and every unit is having the team of MBBS Doctor with MCI registration, Pharmacist, Staff Nurse, Lab Technician & Driver. This team is dedicated to provide the OPD services in core rural areas of UP where the medical facilities of government are available at minimum level.

About the job profile: Candidate have to manage the team working of MMU Van, routine inspection , daily visits , maintenance of vehicle , monitoring the day to day activities of staff, solving the concerns with coordination of team at head office, reporting to the various department of office to their respective work, liaising with government offices specifically with CMO offices. Getting the required approvals/Verifications and Letters from office and government office related to work. Other related works with the job.

Qualification: MBA/ B. Tech Mechanical / MSW/Graduate/ having the experience and willing to work in health care sector

Experience Criteria: 0- 5 Years,

Qualities:

Candidate must be presentable and effective communicator written and verbal in Hindi & English both languages , able to handle the team , Government officers ,Capable to meet and get the confirmation/ approval on work from Government Offices . Candidates with expertise of team management & liaising with government is preferred.

Salary Range: 13 K to 20 K CTC per month

Designation: District Supervisor or Assistant District Supervisor
