District Technical Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated District Technical Representative to join our team! Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients within your district, providing prompt and professional technical assistance.
  • Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot equipment issues, perform maintenance checks, and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Support sales initiatives by promoting new products and services aligned with client needs.
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately, including service logs, client records, and inventory updates using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Handle outbound calling campaigns to follow up on service requests, gather feedback, and promote additional solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to analyze service data, identify trends, and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in English is required along with proficiency in additional languages.
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service roles, especially within a call center environment or technical support setting.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in outbound calling, customer support, or client services is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately when necessary.
  • Call center experience or call handling skills that showcase professionalism and patience.
  • Analysis skills to interpret data trends and provide actionable insights for district improvements.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving equipment during site visits; must be able to stand, walk, and lift as needed.
