Job Vacancy: Underwater Diver (Shipbuilding Industry)

We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Underwater Diver to join our shipbuilding operations.

Position: Underwater Diver
Experience Required: 3–5 years (Shipbuilding / Marine Industry)
Salary Range: AED 5,000 – 7,000 (based on experience & certification)
Location: UAE

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as an Underwater Diver in shipbuilding, ship repair, or marine works
• Must hold valid professional diving certifications (commercial diving certification mandatory)
• Experience in underwater inspection, welding, cutting, cleaning, and maintenance of vessels/structures
• Strong knowledge of marine safety procedures and diving regulations
• Physically fit and medically cleared for commercial diving
• Ability to work under pressure and in challenging underwater conditions
• UAE experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform underwater inspection, repair, and maintenance of ships and marine structures
• Carry out underwater welding, cutting, and cleaning as per project requirements
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE and diving safety standards
• Maintain diving equipment and report any defects
• Coordinate with project engineers and supervisors for assigned tasks
