We are seeking a passionate and proactive Diversity Coordinator to join our team in Qatar and support the development of impactful diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Position Overview

The Diversity Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and implementation of diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement initiatives, and community partnerships. The ideal candidate is organized, people-focused, culturally aware, and committed to creating positive social impact within professional environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs and initiatives
• Assist in organizing workshops, awareness campaigns, and community engagement events
• Support employee engagement and inclusive workplace activities
• Collaborate with partners, stakeholders, and community organizations
• Prepare reports, presentations, and internal communications related to DEI initiatives
• Monitor project timelines, participation metrics, and program effectiveness
• Conduct research on diversity best practices and emerging trends
• Help develop educational materials and training resources
• Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in diversity coordination, HR, community engagement, training, or project coordination preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in multicultural environments
• Passion for inclusion, equity, and social impact initiatives
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
