Glenbrook South High School is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Division Executive Assistant – Teaching and Learning position.
The Division Executive Assistant provides clerical and organizational support to the Associate Principal for Teaching and Learning and ongoing assistance to faculty, staff, students, and parents. The Division Executive Assistant coordinates office support services for the department. This individual is familiar with school policy and procedures, and departmental goals, and performs duties in a fast-paced environment with numerous interruptions. The Division Executive Assistant will maintain and encourage a positive atmosphere that supports a cooperative and efficient work environment while keeping the needs of the students and staff a priority.
