Division Manager (AC Duct, Kitchen Duct & Water Tank Cleaning)

About the Role :

The Division Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations, business development, and profitability of the AC Duct Cleaning, Kitchen Exhaust Duct Cleaning, and Water Tank Cleaning division. The role ensures high service quality, compliance with safety and municipality regulations, and achievement of revenue targets while managing technical teams and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

• Manage day-to-day operations of the AC duct cleaning, kitchen duct cleaning, and water tank cleaning services.
• Plan and schedule projects to ensure timely completion.
• Ensure work is performed according to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements.

2. Business Development & Sales

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the division.
• Identify new business opportunities in commercial buildings, restaurants, hotels, hospitals, and residential communities.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and service contracts.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

3. Team Leadership

• Supervise and manage technicians, supervisors, and support staff.
• Conduct training to ensure technical competency and safety compliance.
• Evaluate team performance and provide guidance for improvement.

4. Compliance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and industry standards for duct and tank cleaning.
• Maintain documentation, service reports, and inspection records.
• Implement quality control procedures and audits.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Environmental, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, HVAC services, or cleaning services, with at least 3 years in a managerial role as well. Experience must be within UAE
• Strong knowledge of HVAC duct systems, kitchen exhaust systems, and water tank cleaning standards.
• Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces and at heights.
• Familiarity with UAE municipality regulations and safety standards related to duct and tank cleaning services.
• Relevant certifications (if applicable) will be an advantage.
