Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Division Manager – Architectural Metal Works to lead and expand our metal works division. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, site execution experience, leadership skills, and a proven track record in delivering high-quality architectural metalwork projects within the UAE.

This role involves end-to-end management of architectural metal works including handrails, balustrades, staircases, louvers, screens, canopies, pergolas, façade elements, and custom decorative steel works—from design coordination through fabrication and final installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Architectural Metal Works division, including planning, execution, manpower, and project delivery
• Oversee structural and decorative metal installations on-site, ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments
• Supervise fabrication processes, quality inspections, and final site installations
• Prepare project schedules, resource plans, and progress reports
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and HSE compliance across all projects
• Manage costs, material procurement, and subcontractor performance efficiently
• Resolve technical and site coordination challenges
• Support estimation and tendering teams with technical input as required

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in architectural metal works / steel fabrication & installation
• Strong site execution and project management experience
• Experience with façade-related and architectural steel systems preferred
• Knowledge of shop drawings, method statements, fabrication processes, and installation techniques
• Proven leadership experience managing teams, foremen, and subcontractors
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and practices

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
