DIVISION MANAGER (IN-HOUSE)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all in-house division activities and operations
• Develop and implement divisional strategies aligned with company goals
• Monitor performance, productivity, and quality standards of the division
• Coordinate with senior management and other departments for smooth workflow
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate team members to enhance performance
• Prepare and present reports on divisional performance, KPIs, and targets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements
• Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively
• Identify operational issues and implement corrective actions
• Support business development initiatives and internal process improvements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Proven experience as a Division Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to analyze data, reports, and operational metrics
• Proficiency in MS Office and internal management systems
• Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making skills

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
