The company seeks an experienced Division Manager to drive growth, profitability, and exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations and ensure division performance meets strategic and contractual goals

Develop, implement, and monitor business plans, budgets, and policies to support growth and profitability

Lead, coach, and evaluate team members engaged in legal support work

Work closely with the sales team and the records retrieval team to support client acquisition, onboarding, and retention; participate in sales presentations and strategic accounts engagement

Collaborate with offshore support teams and the records retrieval team to ensure seamless execution, accuracy, and service delivery aligned with client expectations

Respond to client inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry best practices

Represent the company’s values and commitment to quality in every interaction
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, pre-law, or related field required

Minimum 5 years of management experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role in a service-based or legal support environment preferred

Proven experience supporting sales or business development efforts in a service-oriented environment

Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget management, and process improvement

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

High level of proficiency with modern productivity and workflow software

Strong analytical and decision-making skills in a fast-paced setting
