Division Manager – MEP

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Division Manager – MEP to lead and manage our Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Division. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in HVAC, Mechanical, and Electrical systems, combined with exceptional leadership and business management skills. The role involves overseeing project execution, team management, client relations, and business development activities to ensure the successful delivery of MEP projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• UPDA Grade “A” Certification (Mandatory).
• Minimum 15 years of overall experience in the MEP industry.
• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Division Manager.
• Strong expertise in HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar construction standards, regulations, and project management practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall operations of the MEP Division.
• Oversee the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP projects.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Manage project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and technical staff.
• Review and approve technical proposals, project plans, and engineering solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Support business development initiatives, tendering activities, and contract negotiations.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance technical and managerial capabilities.
