We are seeking an experienced Division Manager to oversee daily site operations, staff performance, and service quality. The role involves conducting site inspections, managing schedules, handling client feedback, and ensuring smooth coordination with HR and other departments.

Requirements:

Experience in facilities management or operations supervision (Especially in cleaning field)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure

Flexible and team-oriented

English Language is a must

Valid driver license
