Divisional Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a Divisional Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations and serve as a welcoming, professional first point of contact for employees, leaders, and guests.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and schedules to keep leaders and the division aligned
  • Provide travel, event, and logistical support
  • Prepare, organize, and manage documents and materials
  • Assist with expenses, purchasing, and related administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external partners
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
  • Anticipate needs and proactively support daily operations

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of Administrative Support Experience
  • Detail-Oriented, Ability to organize and prioritize workload
  • Microsoft Office skills and Computer Skills
  • Professional Attitude

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Business Management
