About the Role

We are looking for a talented and artistic individual who loves DIY, art, craft, and creating handmade customised gifts. The ideal candidate should have strong creative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to convert ideas into beautiful handcrafted products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create handmade customised gifts, DIY products, and craft-based items.
• Design and develop new creative concepts for gifting and décor.
• Work with materials like paper, resin, clay, wood, fabric, paints, etc.
• Handle end-to-end crafting—from idea to final product finishing.
• Customise products as per client requirements.
• Maintain quality, detailing, and aesthetics in every piece.
• Support in packaging, display, and presentation of products.
• Collaborate with the design/marketing team for product ideas and shoots.
• Manage inventory of craft materials and tools.

Skills Required

• Strong art & craft skills (DIY, handmade gifts, painting, etc.)
• Creativity and aesthetic sense
• Good understanding of crafting materials and techniques
• Ability to convert concepts into physical products
• Attention to detail and finishing
• Basic knowledge of social media crafting trends (optional but preferred)

Experience

• Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in art & craft / handmade gifts / DIY.

Employment Type

• Full-time / Part-time (add as needed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
