Job Description – DLT Engineer (Fresher)

Position: DLT Engineer – Messaging & OTT

About the Role

We are looking for fresh graduates/entry-level engineers who are eager to build their career. The role will focus on TRAI DLT compliance, SMS delivery, KYC & documentation handling, and assisting with OTT/WABA integrations for enterprise messaging. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing TRAI DLT registrations, templates, and header approvals.
• Support the team in handling SMS routing, delivery reports, and traffic monitoring.
• Learn and work on OTT messaging platforms (WhatsApp Business API, RCS, Viber, etc.).
• Help in resolving basic DLT errors, template rejections, and compliance issues.
• Handle KYC verification and documentation for enterprise client onboarding on DLT platforms.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of DLT processes, KYC, and client communications.
• Coordinate with telecom operators and messaging partners under senior guidance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
