DM Approved Architect (5 Years’ Experience)

Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting architectural drawings to DM and other authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations while contributing to creative design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of architectural drawings and documents for Dubai Municipality (DM) approvals.
• Coordinate with other authorities such as Nakheel, Trakhees, DDA, and Civil Defense for project approvals.
• Develop design concepts, detailed drawings, and construction documents in compliance with UAE codes.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project progress.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve technical/approval-related issues.
• Ensure timely submissions and approvals for multiple projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years’ professional experience in the architecture field.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) Approved Architect (mandatory).
• Valid Trakhees accreditation card.
• Proven track record in handling authority submissions and obtaining approvals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Building Codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
