DM-Approved Civil / Architectural Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review architectural and fit-out drawings as per project requirements
• Manage submissions and approvals with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities
• Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and standards
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and consultants
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings
• Handle documentation and approval processes for interior fit-out projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Must have valid DM Approval / G+1 or relevant category
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in UAE fit-out or construction industry
• Strong knowledge of DM regulations and submission procedures
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and related design software
• Good communication and coordination skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
