DM Approved Civil Engineer

Position : Civil Engineer (DM Approved)

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary : AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Contract: Permanent

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensing: Mandatory DM Approval/License from the Dubai Municipality is essential.
• Driving: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (Mandatory).
• Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the UAE construction sector.

Required Knowledge & Skills

The successful candidate must have hands-on experience and solid knowledge in the following areas:

• Construction Expertise: Detailed knowledge of both Villa Construction and Warehouse Construction standards and regulations in Dubai.
• Pre-Construction:
• Creating accurate Quotations for various projects.
• Performing detailed cost Estimation and preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Site Management:
• Effective Site Supervision and management of construction activities.
• Ensuring projects adhere to design specifications, timelines, and DM regulations.

Role Description

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of construction projects from the tender stage through to completion, ensuring quality and compliance with Dubai Municipality standards.
