DM approved Civil Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a DM Approved Civil Engineer with 2–3 years of UAE experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in civil construction, fit-out works, and maintenance projects, with the ability to manage site activities and ensure project completion within deadlines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations for civil and fit-out projects
• Ensure all work is executed as per Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and approvals
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review project drawings, BOQs, and specifications
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and ensure health & safety compliance
• Handle maintenance works and troubleshoot on-site issues
• Prepare reports, documentation, and project updates
• Liaise with consultants and authorities for approvals and inspections

Requirements

• DM Approved Civil Engineer (Mandatory)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in construction, fit-out, and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of Dubai building regulations and standards
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
