Deputy Manager Dyeing Processing:

Experience: 05 - 06 Years of Experience in a Reputed Knitwear Company.

Qualification/Degree: Graduation or Chemical / Textile Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Shift Strength.
• Discuss dyeing plan, Recipe's, program with manager and implement according.
• Shade matching with given standard.
• Ensure proper recipe making, implement for all lots on all dyeing machine.
• Coordinate with DLM to provided lots at dyeing machine on time.
• Give addition recipe to dyeing lots if required.
• Control batch time & avoid delays.
• Supervise all shift employees.
• Coordinate with dyeing finishing if any problem arise in unloading lots.

Required Skills:

• Must have good skills of shade matching and process knowledge.
• Manage shift operators and ensure parameters.
