Job Title: DM Sales
Location: Ahmedabad (Iscon Cross Road)
About the role: We are seeking a motivated and persuasive sales professional to drive sales of our
residential properties. The ideal candidate will proactively identify potential buyers, present project
features, arrange site visits, and ensure timely closures.
Responsibilities:
➢ Promote and sell residential flats, villas, and plotted developments to individual buyers and
investors.
➢ Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.
➢ Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings; follow up consistently.
➢ Conduct site visits, walk-throughs, and project presentations for prospects.
➢ Maintain updated knowledge of inventory, pricing, payment plans, approvals, and legal
documentation.
➢ Collaborate with CRM, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth bookings and post-sales
processes.
➢ Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high service standards.
Candidate Requirement:
➢ Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA, B. Com, or Marketing preferred).
➢ 1–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales (3–4 years preferred).
➢ Strong Channel Partner (CP) network and ability to leverage it for business growth.
➢ Good understanding of RERA regulations and local property market trends.
➢ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
➢ Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
