Location: Onsite – PECHS Block 6, Karachi
Shift: Night (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)
Experience Required: 1 – 2 years (mandatory)

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced DME Campaign Sales Agent to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling outbound calls for Durable Medical Equipment (DME) campaigns, engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for DME campaigns.
• Effectively communicate product details and benefits to customers.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain high conversion rates.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Record customer details and maintain an accurate database.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with the team to improve campaign performance.

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in DME campaign sales (required).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency is a must).
• Ability to work night shifts (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Basic computer skills (CRM knowledge is a plus).
