Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM, Monday to Friday)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced DME Coder & Biller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing, coding, and insurance claim management, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assign accurate HCPCS codes and appropriate modifiers for DME services
• Prepare and submit claims to Medicare and commercial insurance providers
• Verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with billing standards
• Manage denied claims, rejections, and appeals
• Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-ups and resolve billing issues
• Maintain HIPAA compliance
• Communicate with insurance companies for claim resolution

Requirements:

• Proven experience in DME billing and coding
• Strong knowledge of HCPCS codes and Medicare guidelines
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems and billing software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
