We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our healthcare team on a Full-Time basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality respiratory care to patients in a variety of settings, including clinics and hospitals. This role involves working closely with patients of all ages, including pediatrics, and requires a strong understanding of acute care practices and advanced respiratory techniques. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for assessing patient needs and ensuring optimal ventilatory support.
Duties

Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine respiratory needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.

Provide care in both clinic and hospital settings, including Level I Trauma Centers and Intensive Care Units (ICU).

Monitor patients' responses to treatments and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care and improve overall health outcomes.

Educate patients and their families on respiratory health management, medication administration, and basic life support techniques.

Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments administered, and progress notes in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Experience

Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred, with a focus on Pediatrics and acute care environments.

Proficiency in ventilatory management techniques and familiarity with advanced respiratory equipment is essential.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required; additional certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) are a plus.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team are essential for success in this role.
