DMS Lead

Key Responsibilities Own DMS incidents end-to-end, ensuring SLA adherence and permanent resolution of recurring issues. Lead UAT cycles, feature rollouts, and post-release stabilization activities. Drive user adoption through training programs, usage tracking, and dashboard-based monitoring. Track and analyze primary and secondary sales trends and publish actionable insights for business teams. Ensure system stability, data accuracy, and reporting reliability across sales operations. Deliver quantifiable business value through: Improved process efficiency Reduced manual errors Faster turnaround times (TAT) Improved reporting accuracy and visibility Requirements 8+ years of experience working on DMS / Salesforce Automation within the FMCG industry (non-negotiable). Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive issues to closure. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Strong proficiency in Excel and reporting. Ability to work closely with sales, IT, and business stakeholders. Hindi language proficiency is mandatory.
