DMV Processor / Administration

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented DMV Processor / Administration professional to join our team. In this vital role, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks related to vehicle registration, licensing, and DMV documentation processing. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will ensure smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and efficient management of all office duties. Responsibilities

  • Process DMV transactions accurately, including vehicle registrations, title transfers.
  • Manage back desk operations with a friendly and professional demeanor, and directing inquiries.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to answer and transfer calls, and provide exceptional customer support
  • Maintain organized filing systems for all documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies
  • Utilize computer skills to enter data into relevant databases such as QuickBooks and other office management software
  • Support office management tasks including calendar management Manufacture Rebates, respondence handling
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous office experience with DMV clerical or administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience with data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize workload effectively
  • Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse customer needs
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is a plus
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Office management experience including calendar management and time management skills

Pay: $24.63 - $30.00 per hour
