MotoExpo is a fast‐growing powersports dealership business in Concord, CA. We sell vehicles (Polaris, Can-Am), and pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service, smooth paperwork, and clean operations. We are searching for a multi-skilled, trustworthy, and proactive person to join our team in a critical hybrid role.

Position Summary / Purpose
This person will be a hybrid dealership / finance / title / operations professional. They will be responsible for:

• Meeting with customers to review, present, and sign sales / finance / lease deals
• Preparing, verifying, and submitting DMV / title / registration documents (California DMV, Polaris, Can-Am, etc.)
• Ensuring compliance with lien / payoffs, verifying accuracy of paperwork
• Assisting with inventory management: tracking units, updating records, coordinating shipment / arrival
• Supporting accounting / office manager with daily financial tasks (e.g. reconciling, posting payments, vendor invoices, basic bookkeeping)
• Acting as a point of contact for customers where documentation or registration issues arise

Key Qualifications / Skills

• Bilingual in English & Spanish, with strong verbal & written communication
• Prior DMV / title / registration / dealership / contracts / F&I experience highly preferred
• Comfortable sitting with customers, explaining legal / financial documents
• Strong attention to detail (a lot of paperwork, forms, compliance)
• Basic accounting / bookkeeping skills (Excel, ledger entries, reconciling)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Honest, reliable, good ethics (dealing with money, customer contracts)
• Proficiency with dealership management systems, title software, and Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with vehicle inventories, model / serial numbers, delivery paperwork preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $28–$38/hr (depending on experience)
