The Role
Key Accountabilities •Oversee the daily operations of the dock area, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and safely, utilizing dock management software to track and manage resources effectively. •Customer service skills required to meet varied and challenging customer service situations • Safety of the marina, boats and clients • Berths allocation of customers boats • Assisting customers in mooring and securing their boats. • Connecting and monitoring utility services (Power, water, internet ) • Assisting in marina maintenance • Performing clean-up activities in work area to ensure safety and cleanliness of the marina. • Pumping out black water and waste disposal. • Helping and assisting in nautical activities.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 Years relevant experience. • STCW 10 certification preferred. • Candidates with diving experience preferred • Degree holder in Maritime Studies preferred. • Communication & Organizational skills with a customer service background
