Docket Attorney

Allmand Law firm is seeking Docket Attorney for consumer bankruptcy representation.

The ideal candidate will be an outcomes focused professional, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent conflict resolution skills, and be proficient in time management techniques that support the execution of high volume case loads.

Attorney will perform virtual and client meets, conducting fact finding interviews, confirm eligibility and attend court hearings as needed, virtually or in person in the Northern District Fort Worth Area. Candidate will be able to quickly adapt and become proficient with case management software, and digital recordkeeping.

Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) attorneys preferred.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Prepare appropriate documentation for filings in accordance with established procedures and general rules
• Communicate legal details to clients in a clear and precise manner
• Research, retrieve and update appropriate information in clients' case files as needed
• Respond to clients in a professional manner at all times to best represent the firm and expand business through email, text and calls
• Docket hearings and resolution
• Draft and ECF file responses as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Juris Doctorate
• Licensed to Practice Law
• Experienced attorney in Chapter 7, 13 Bankruptcies
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Strong analytical skills/attention to detail
• Bilingual - English/Spanish Preferred
• Efficient with Technology

Pay: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
